Frequently Searched Items instead of FAQ
On the Dutch Railways website I stumbled upon a tag cloud instead of what other websites offer as a FAQ: literally ‘what other people looked for’. It seems to me a much more efficient way of looking for help than screening a list of long sentences.

I also like the way they represent the schedule when looking for a suitable train connection - especially the way they use type face size difference to emphasize the most important information (origin, destination, time and price).

The “search tag cloud” is a great idea. It may even help the site designers to improve usability
